Find Your Annual Meeting Notice
Your official notice was mailed to your property address and includes a unique QR code assigned only to you.

Scan the QR Code
Open your phone's camera app and point it at the QR code on your notice. Tap the link that appears.

Select Your Candidate(s)
Your personal ballot will load automatically. Select the candidate(s) of your choice.

Submit & Receive Confirmation
Click Submit My Ballot. You'll receive a confirmation code — save it for your records.
