Find Your Annual Meeting Notice
Your official notice was mailed to your property address and includes a unique QR code assigned only to you.

Scan the QR Code
Open your phone's camera app and point it at the QR code on your notice. Tap the link that appears.

Select Your Candidate(s)
Your personal ballot will load automatically. Select the candidate(s) of your choice.

Submit Your Ballot
Click Submit My Ballot. You'll see a confirmation that your vote has been recorded.

Contact Bedrock Association Management to verify your information and receive a replacement ballot access code.
